Reception Hours and Check-in

Check in commences at 2.00 pm.

Reception hours are:

  • 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday
  • 9.00 am to 4.00 pm on Saturday
  • 9.00 to 2.00 pm on Sundays & Public Holidays.

Late Check-In must provide mobile ‘phone number for SMS messaging.

Same day bookings must be received and check in prior to reception closing.

No early check-in or late check-out accepted.

Car Parking

Off street car parking is available in the secured basement car-park (one vehicle per Apartment) that offers direct access to the apartments.

Additional vehicles can be accommodated in visitor parking or ample public car-parking opposite.

Getting Here

Riverside is located less than 10 minutes’ drive from Ballina/Byron Airport, 90 minutes’ from Coolangatta Airport and 2.5 hours from Brisbane Airport.

A number of Shuttle Services operate to and from all the Airports providing a door to door service.

Fawcett Street is accessed from Moon Street off River Street.
